Delivery & Returns​

Delivery will be conducted via Akis Express:

for store pick up the cost is €2.50 per order <5Kg. | Free delivery for orders >€50.

for home delivery the cost is €4.50 per order <5Kg. | Free delivery for orders >€50.

Same or next business day delivery if we have your products available at the time of order. In case the coffee you have ordered is not already roasted it will be roasted on the coming roasting day.​

 

If your order is likely to be delayed we will do our best to contact you, however, as we use external carriers to make our deliveries, we cannot offer an absolutely guaranteed service.

 

For safety reasons, returns are not accepted for coffee, tea and chocolates. However, if you have any issue with any of our products please contact us. We do accept returns for problematic equipment/ hardware sold in our shop.
